Tout d\u2019abord au niveau des dirigeants avec le d\u00e9part du trio qui pilotait le club depuis 25 ans voire plus. MM Raymond BAILLET, Andr\u00e9 BERTHOMMIER et Henri BAUDIN, respectivement pr\u00e9sident g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, secr\u00e9taire et tr\u00e9sorier du FC GUEUGNON\u00a0 font valoir leur droit \u00e0 la retraite et quittent la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 UGINE SA et leur poste au club. M BORNE prend la direction g\u00e9n\u00e9rale du club et pour la premi\u00e8re fois on \u00e9voque l\u2019\u00e9ventualit\u00e9 d\u2019un passage au professionnalisme. Lors de l\u2019assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de d\u00e9cembre Gilbert PITHIOUD est nomm\u00e9 pr\u00e9sident de la section football pour remplacer Daniel GERMAIN emport\u00e9 en quelques mois par la maladie. Nominations de Georges BERNARD, d\u00e9j\u00e0 secr\u00e9taire de la section football au poste de secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral et de M. COUGET, cadre UGSA, \u00e0 la tr\u00e9sorerie.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Remous \u00e9galement sur le terrain o\u00f9 les jaunes et bleus capables de battre ou tenir en \u00e9chec les favoris St ETIENNE, LYON, MONTPELLIER, TOURS, NIMES, accumulent aussi les contre-performances contre les mal class\u00e9s et vont s\u2019attirer les foudres de leurs supporters suite \u00e0 une pitoyable prestation et une \u00e9limination sans gloire \u00e0 CLERMONT-FERRAND (0-2) lors de leur entr\u00e9e en Coupe de France. La presse locale titre \u00ab\u00a0le match de la honte\u00a0\u00bb.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Dans ce marasme, fin ao\u00fbt, apr\u00e8s 321 matchs \u00e0 ce niveau, Michel BERTHOMMIER d\u00e9cide d\u2019arr\u00eater sa carri\u00e8re en DII, alors que son fr\u00e8re Jean-Claude est de retour au club pour prendre en charge le marketing nouvellement cr\u00e9e. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Nouvelle \u00ab\u00a0bombe\u00a0\u00bb en fin de saison avec l\u2019annonce du d\u00e9part de Casimir NOWOTARSKI dans le cadre du plan de convention sociale \u00e0 UGINE SA. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0Redistribution des r\u00f4les suite \u00e0 la nomination de Georges BERNARD au poste de secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral. Alain DESSOLY prend en charge l\u2019\u00e9quipe B en D.III et Hubert DIONDET l\u2019\u00e9quipe C qui \u00e9volue en D.IV. Franck SOCHAN, ancien joueur et dirigeant de l\u2019\u00e9quipe B assure d\u00e9sormais le secr\u00e9tariat de la section Football.<\/span><\/p>\n
